Throughout my years of 'philosophical' enlightenment, i have come across several intriguing,intricate and logically based philosophical topics of which i'd love to share at least one today........ Émile Durkheim, a french sociologist, philosopher, social psychologist (and ofcourse a snr colleague of mine) in 1897 identified four types of suicide..ANOMIC, ALTRUISTIC, FATALISTIC AND EGOISTIC suicides (read on them at your own spare time). in simple terms, altruistic deals with an individual being so attached to a group or its ideas that he/she is willing to die for the benefit of the group...so my question''''''''FOLLOWING SIMPLE LOGIC AND BASED ON THE FUMAROLIC ERUPTION IN LOGICAL REASONING, CAN WE THEREFORE SAY JESUS CHRIST COMITTED ALTRUISTIC SUICIDE??? pls share your view and NOTE..be rational,pragmatical and philosophical as you comment(or speak)...equip yourself in the knowledge of the topic at hand before you comment thank you.
